Last week I posted about wanting to give co-workers and friends hot chocolate and marshmallows in a jar for holiday gifts. Well, last night Daina and whipped up (pun intended!) a few batches of fluffy goodness. Below you'll see a picture of our vanilla-heath batch next to the cinnimon batch.
We also made a batch of our soon-to-be-famous peppermint marshmallows. They have really been a hit with everyone who has tried them. Below you'll see how I packaged the goods. Though Daina and I were hoping to have some sort of company set up by now to sell our marshmallows, we are still passionate about what we are doing. Maybe sometime during this hopefully relaxing holiday season we will be able to organize ourselves and get our-legitimate-LLC-on. Maybe people will be in the mood to buy some sweet marshmallows for their sweets on Valentine's Day?
